Made by Vincent - he is the founder of Xcel Concepts, a bone and horn recycling cooperative he started to support youth from the Kibera slums. Using upcycled bone and horn, byproducts of locally consumed cow and camel, Vincent crafts beautiful pieces. Vincent launched his business in 2006, with the aim of promoting the development of skilled youth craftsmen. His end goal is to contribute to the alleviation of poverty in Kibera by paying artisans a fair wage and offering improved working conditions within the industry.
