We accept all major types of credit card - Visa and Mastercard. The name that will appear on your statement will be Shopawow Limited.

We take all reasonable care to make our website 100% secure. All credit card transactions on this website are processed using Shopify’s payment gateway powered by Stripe.

Shopawow does not hold any of your credit card details. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

If shopping as an overseas customer - The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit/debit card company.

We reserve the right to cancel orders upon review. 


We want you to love your Shopawow purchse, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please Note:

  • All items returned must be unworn and undamaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.
  • Exchanges are possible if the item is available. Please note Shopawow cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.

To arrange a return please email quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.

Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original condition and packaging to Shopawow Limited. Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless found faulty within 7 days of receipt.
